I am 5’3”, 142 lbs, married and mother of a teenage boy. I’ve been on the heavy side throughout my life. I was 174 when I got pregnant and went to 225. Afterwards I’ve been between 180-200. I was able to stick to my plan of losing the weight which took me about 2 years going down to 135 – weight watchers. Within 5 years gained 25 back and then last October.

Dr. Roland is by far the best plastic surgeon out there. He is caring and very kind. His work is amazing. I have had 2 surgeries done by him and they are both beyond my expectation. I don't know what else to say but to give this owsome doctor a try. You will be so glad that you did.

After my initial consultation with Dr Roland I decided that he would be the best doctor to give the results I was seeking. My surgery went well. Dr. Roland and his team are wonderful. I always wanted to do breast augmentation, but I wanted to wait until I was absolutely sure that I wasn't having any more kids. I have two beautiful children and us moms all know how the boobs never seem to fall back into place after breast feeding, well not always.

I went to a consultation and decided that it was definitely for me. As far as size, I really wanted to be a full C. Went for another appt and tried on different sizes and decided on 350 cc, saline, and Areola lift.

My doctor went with 360 and 385, saline. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions and even asked his own. I felt super comfortable and he was my only consultation. The staff was great. I absolutely love my boobs and was so happy that he decided to go a bit bigger.

It was painful the first couple of days, but it been two weeks, and I'm feeling much better. I went back to work after the first week and wouldn't recommend it if you work somewhere that requires a lot of lifting.

I was an a before an A before and I'm a C now and definitely would do it again. It feels better to finally have boobs that don't require any padding of my bras.

Dr. Roland was the best surgeon I could have hoped for. After years of contemplating a breast reduction, I am now thrilled that I made the decision and that I chose Dr. Roland and his team to perform the surgery. Not only is he a socially conscious and generally warm individual, but he did a technically amazing job on my surgery and I could not be happier. Everyone that works at the office - from the anesthesiologist to every assistant - makes you feel comfortable, calm, and ready for surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I would recommend Dr. Roland to anyone. He is a talented doctor, and I now have the results to prove it.

If you want the most WARM-HEARTED, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, ARTISTIC, DEVOTED TO THEIR CRAFT, ATTENTIVE, COMPASSIONATE surgeon, Dr. Roland IS the guy to go to! I obsessively researched many surgeons, and it was Dr. Roland and his staff who treated me like a special client from my first consultation (which was FREE, and should always be! if they're charging you, they're probably scamming you!) to the night before surgery, prepping on the operating table, and every check-up after. Not only is his personality and professionalism incredible, but his education and credentials are magnificent and his staff is completely on top in relation to you. (i.e. they call you constantly to make sure you're not in pain post-surgery or to make sure you're following instructions to prep before surgery.) Lastly, the thing that convinced me the MOST, besides his impeccable work shown through his online portfolio, is the fact he is involved in charitable works, such as performing surgery on children with cleft lips and palates in Dominican Republic and Haiti, and reconstructing women's breasts after surviving breast cancer. I am a firm believer that someone who does so much good for those in need is blessed. With that belief, I had no problem placing my complete trust in Dr. Roland. I've been one month post op, and my breasts look absolutely natural. I was a very small B cup, and now I am a full C, and could not be happier. I fit in clothes the way I am supposed to. They match my body type (which is not skinny.) and he suggested this size for my body as well. I'm scheduling my rhinoplasty in a few months and I did not hesitate once in picking him again. He listens to me, and I know he will deliver! :D BEST DECISION EVER!!!

I always wanted to have bigger breast but I was always scared to go through it. I was one of those girls that will secretly admire other women with big beautiful breast. Deep inside I was jealous, thinking when it would be my turn. Finally I stopped being so scared and I started searching for doctors, going on many consultations. I have to say that I visited many doctors and they made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Siting in a cold office, naked, and scared is no fun, especially when the doctor makes you feel like you are his next paycheck. I promised myself that if it takes me years to find the perfect doctor, then that I will do, and yes there is such thing as finding the perfect doctor. I was getting discouraged but I never lost hope. I was sitting in my bed and I started praying in hopes that I will finally get to find this miracle doctor that I was searching for. Finally my mother was watching television and she told me about Dr. Roland. I will always and forever thank my mother for being an obsessive TV junky. I called the office of Dr. Roland and made an appointment, the front desk were so sweet to me. They defiantly made me feel more comfortable to go in. When I arrived to the front desk they had these big smiles and offered me some sweet fruits, I have to say that this made my nerves calm down a bit. The office was small but comfy; it made me feel like I was home. When they called my name to see the doctor, I walked upstairs to a nice clean room, waiting for the Doctor to see me. I was so nervous I could not even breathe. I felt dizzy and sweaty. I heard the Doctors voice coming up the stairs, I thought I was going to faint. Ones he came in my heart dropped. He shook my hand and introduced himself. I aromatically felt a sense of warmness inside. You know when you get this feeling of Love at first sight? Well that’s exactly how I felt. It was not the love that you have for your boyfriend or husband, it was love of tranquility. We spoke about my procedure very professionally. He was funny and always had a nice honest smile. I could not believe what I was feeling. I knew for a fact that Doctor Ronald was my doctor, that I have finally found the one doctor from the 20 that I have seen who I know will be the one doing my surgery. I decided to go for a full C; I was originally a devastating small A. Dr. Roland assured me that he will do everything he can to give me what I always dreamed of. I trusted him and I just couldn’t wait for my surgery. The hospital were my surgery took place was great. I came out of the surgery feeling so good. Dr. Roland gives his patients a direct number to call him if we had any questions. This made me feel even better. My recovery I was good and fast. I just love love love my breast!! I cannot believe that I finally have them and they look so fantastic I can’t stop looking at them. Dr. Roland gave me more than perfect breast, he gave me confidence. The only thing I regret is!!! Not have done it sooner. I have to say that I feel a little selfish because I don’t want to tell people about him, I want him all to myself. I’m just joking. I want everybody to know about Dr. Roland because I am sure that there is many people out there feeling what I use to feel, afraid and procrastinating on whether they should do the surgery or not. Dr. Roland is a miracle for giving me what I always wanted, I never thought it was possible to love a part of your body so much and I thank him for making me feel like his main priority. I can’t believe that Dr. Roland was so nice, patient, and incredibly comfortable to speak to. I will do my future surgeries with Dr. Roland with no hesitations. I am so lucky and blessed to have found him.

I have been debating for over 2 years now and the time I walked in dr. Roland's office I knew I had to do this. He helped me a lot with my decision, size, just great experienced Doctor and team. At the day of the procedure he was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable with this. The procedure went well, the recovery was great, he answered all my questions when I called him after the procedure, the follow up was great and my results are BEAUTIFUL. It has been 6 weeks since and I feel great. Love the way I look and feel. I would recommend his services to everyone, he is amazing. Thank you Doctor and Team!!!!!

Dr. Roland is very professional and he made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions that I needed to know. If I ever decided to get anything else done my first choice would be to go to Dr. Roland.
