In this procedure an incision is made behind the ear at the hairline. The skin is pulled tight and excess tissue is removed significantly decreasing sagging, improves the tone and texture of the area.

Eye Lid Surgery

Known as blepharoplasty, this procedure removes folds of skin on the upper or lower eyelids, creating a more youthful appearance. This procedure can be used to correct drooping eyelids and pouches underneath the eyes, and an injection of fat can correct sunken eyelids.

Rhinoplasty

This surgery can change the size and shape of the nose as well as reshape the nostrils. In this procedure, a surgeon may remove cartilage, shave off pieces of bone or remove excess tissue. In some cases, this procedure is performed for medical reasons to correct breathing issues.

Chin Augmentation

Just like the nose, the shape of one’s chin can dramatically change the overall look of his or her face. This procedure typically utilizes implants to balance out the chin with the rest of the face either in addition to other surgeries or on its own.

Otoplasty

This procedure describes any plastic surgery operation performed on the ears. It can include pinning the ears to the head, removing excess cartilage to minimize the size of the ears or simply reshaping the ears so that they are more aesthetically pleasing.

Earlobe Surgery

This procedure is typically done to repair scarring or disfiguration caused by piercings. Any holes or tearing are repaired and additional procedures may be necessary afterwards repair in order for the earlobes to be pierced again.

Scar Revision

This surgery typically refers to a procedure in which the scar tissue is removed and the skin surrounding the area is used to repair the space left behind. In some cases, a skin graft may be performed in lieu of using the surrounding skin.

Fat Transfer

This is a two-part plastic surgery procedure: first, fat is removed via liposuction from one area of the body. Then the same fat is injected into another area of the body to plump or firm it. The lips, chin and cheeks are the most common spots to receive a fat injection or transfer.

Breast Procedures

Breast Augmentation

One of the most common forms of plastic surgery, this procedure changes the size or shape of the breasts with implants that are inserted through a small incision in the area. The implants may be made of silicone, saline or, in rare cases, fat harvested from other areas of the body.

Breast Lift

Known as a mastopexy, this procedure is performed by creating a small incision in the breasts and then lifting, removing excess tissue and reattaching the skin. In some cases, the areola or nipples may be repositioned for a more natural look.

Breast Lift with Implants

This procedure is simply a combination of an augmentation and a lift. Considered the most effective for achieving a natural and desirable look, the skin of the breasts is lifted and tightened and an implant is inserted to fill out the area.

Breast Reduction

Oftentimes, too-large breasts can be physically and emotionally uncomfortable. This procedure involves a small incision in the breasts and the removal of excess fat and tissue. In some cases, implants may be needed to make the breasts symmetrical.

Breast Reconstruction

When trauma or medical necessity involves the removal of the breasts, this procedure is used to reconstruct them. It generally involves implants and the fabrication of a non-functioning nipple and areola for a natural appearance.

Male Breast Reduction

This procedure is exactly the same as a female breast reduction. However, in most cases the breast tissue is reduced by much more to mimic the shape of the average man’s chest.

Body Procedures

Liposuction

This surgery involves the removal of fat from various parts of the body, with the fat either being stored for use in other procedures or disposed of. Liposuction, which is performed by making a small incision and then using suction to remove excess fat, can change the shape of a person’s body rather dramatically.

Tummy Tuck

Used to flatten and reshape the stomach, this procedure is performed by making an incision from one hip to the other and then stretching the skin, removing the excess and reattaching it.

Mommy Makeover

A set of procedures done to correct the most common changes that occur with pregnancy and giving birth. It typically includes a breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction.

Buttock Augmentation

These types of surgeries can be used to lift and reshape the buttock. It can include tightening the skin or the placement of implants to increase the size and change the shape of the area. In some cases, a buttock augmentation may include liposuction to remove excess fat.

Arm Lift

Technically known as a brachioplasty, this procedure helps to tighten the skin of the arm by removing excess tissue. It is most commonly performed on the area underneath the upper arm, where aging, weight loss or weight gain can create the appearance of “bat wings” or sagging.

Body Lift

Meant to correct excess sagging caused by loose skin, which is a common occurrence when an individual loses a large amount of weight. The incisions for this procedure vary depending on the needs of the patient; however, several are usually necessary for a full body lift.
